The Ticket Guys never charge a service or convenience fee. Many other websites will add in a service charge after you enter all your information. Not The Ticket Guys! The price listed on the website is the price you pay. The only other charge is for shipping, but you can always pick them up at our office for free.

If the order is confirmed and processed by The Ticket Guys we guarantee to get them to you in time for the event. If The Ticket Guys fails to deliver your processed order, (We never have!) you will get 200% of the purchase price back to you.
